Intensive January 2022 Exams
Intensive 11+ English
Prepare for January 11+ English exams with our course designed to build skills and work through exam-style questions. We will look at prose and poetry comprehensions, write compositions and examine mark schemes.
Intensive 11+ Science
Brandon’s intensive 11+ science course will introduce concepts found on the science curriculum such as cell biology, chemical reactions, and forces. We will apply what they have learned to answer exam-style questions and practice their exam technique.
Intensive 13+ English
In our intensive 13+ preparation classes, students will be given the chance to work on skills whilst practicing exam-style questions. We will learn about examiners adapt their writing to a time-sensitive exam. In each lesson, students will be asked to produce writing on which they will be given feedback.
Academic Interviews (ages 11 – 13)
Prepare for Winchester and Eton interviews by taking part in art analysis, and discussions on current affairs. We engage with a variety of material on different topics and encourage students to express their opinions in an informed way.
Intensive 11+ Maths
During our intensive 11+ maths course, important concepts such as algebra, geometry, and data handling will be covered. Understanding of the concepts covered will be reinforced through exam-style questions.
Intensive 13+ Maths (ages 13+)
During our intensive 13+ maths course, we will cover algebra, geometry and data handling. Multi-step exam style questions that require a number of different mathematical concepts to solve will be practiced, allowing students to improve their exam technique.
Intensive 13+ Science
Brandon’s intensive 13+ science course will cover biology, chemistry, and physics topics such as cell structure, particle theory, and electricity, which are commonly found on 13+ science exams. We will also cover experimental data analysis and exam techniques.
