Many schools in the UK are now offering the IB as an alternative to A-Levels or Pre-U: Stonyhurst College is one of them . Stonyhurst College is a Catholic coeducational school for students aged 13-18 years old offering A Levels, IB Diploma and also the new IB Career related programme.

In2017 , over 70% of students achieved A*-B grades in A-levels and achieved 45% of all grades in A*-A in GCSE.
